v0.4 Interface and Art Overhauled the UI with dark fantasy styling, pixel art ornamentation, and a consistent color palette. Redesigned the inventory, quests, player stats, character profiles, and Mirka’s shop. Updated the pause, save, load, settings, history, Help, About, and achievement screens. Added separate tabs for main and side quests. Created distinct profile frames for the Lufflens, Aptiens, Lumens, Asepkos, Razbrems, and Dasiros. Updated dialogue boxes and animated dialogue continuation indicators. Added portraits inside dialogue boxes, beginning with Mixys and Nixys. Refined buttons, hover states, scrollbars, and layouts. Story and Characters Corrected spelling, grammar, and dialogue flow throughout the revised sequences. Expanded dialogue in the encounter with the narrator, the introduction to Mixys and Nixys, and Suspicious Signal. Refined conversations while preserving character personalities, humor, and relationships. Reviewed class selection and its explanations of stat bonuses. Added animated heart icons for love and lust notifications. Communicator Introduced a technological interface with portraits, channels, system messages, and unread message indicators. Added access to conversation history from the exploration interface after its story unlock. Fixed the group creation sequence. Fixed errors that could interrupt conversations. Improved localization of messages and saved chat history. Exploration and Combat Added a new visual skin for dungeon navigation. Replaced directional text buttons with arrows. Updated the communicator shortcut and menu buttons to match the new interface. Reorganized the combat interface to leave more of the battlefield visible. Refined action, item, and spell menus. Updated the enemy targeting indicator. Improved health and mana bars, along with damage and healing indicators. Spells and Interactive Challenges Overhauled Hypnomora’s influence display and spellcasting effects. Added a new interface for click-or-tap challenges. Made challenge titles and instructions adaptable to each scene. Updated the presentation of the transformation challenges and the interaction with Miku. Refined quick-action sequences. Images and Animation Enhanced selected renders, focusing on hair, fabrics, folds, lighting, shadows, and depth. Applied a semi-realistic cinematic finish to selected key illustrations. Created new frames for the Wisp’s transformation. Removed the old “TAP” button embedded in the transformation images. English Translation Revised and expanded the English translation. Refined natural phrasing, character voices, and Yalard’s terminology. Translated new interfaces, descriptions, and messages. Fixed dynamic text that remained in Spanish in the inventory, player stats, and communicator. Android Fixed dialogue box positioning and dimensions. Updated references that caused older dialogue boxes to appear. Kept the PC presentation intact through mobile-specific adjustments. Foundations for Future Content Created a navigation framework for the Aptien capital and the lunar base. Organized locations for the gradual addition of characters, quests, and scenes. Added a closing screen marking the end of v0.4’s available content, with acknowledgments and links to support the project. The story will continue with Chapters 3 and 4 in a future patch.
