Arms do the non-combat poses again in the villages again. New Dialog System to handle variables. Meant I had to re-write all of the limited dialog we had so far. Fiancé movement won't start new dialogs while you are speaking with them anymore. New mayor WIP art and dialog! Flying stamina recharges when indoors or disabled now. Flying stamina recharges twice as fast in town now. Hopefully fixed another issue that may have caused duplicating characters or crashing when being knocked down. Cemetery 2 lights disappearing sometimes fixed. Improved door transitions (should break less) Double corruption bug fix. ️ Damage reduction from armor equations completely reworked. Male Fiancé sprite hair color matches standing art now. Alpha 1.3.2 NEW Dialog system! There is only one person to speak with and there isn't much to say yet but I'm so happy the system is up and running now! So much of the game will depend on this system and I'm sorry it took so long to get the system out to you all. Alpha 1.3.1 NEW Mayor Interior! Currently doesn't have any mechanics but I'm happy to have put together all the art and furnishings in record time. Excited to see it set story aspects to come! Enemy silhouette symbols no longer show when it is an enemy flying over the object that would have covered it. Halo autostruggle no longer stops player movement for a second. Halo auto removal slowed down by 1 second. Should no longer auto prevent things like corruption. Captain Crab tentacle not as illicit when NSFW turned off. Oral mouth art should move with the rest of the art on pause and other movements. Killing an enemy with sword generates holy shard again. Revived skeletons no longer generate holy shard. NEW Corruption taking hold art! Closed another outlier that allowed you to teleport while in doggy animation. Poison no longer lasts forever if you don't remove it. Darkness crystal enemy programmed to siphon souls from the chalices. You must stop it several times before it spawns the boss. Probabilities of gem drops changed. Less forced distribution to different weapon types and triple spawn chance of corruption armor sets. Holy armor seems to be back in the church... again. Remapping keys now works better with middle mouse button and prevented a bug when carrying it over to new saves. You no longer start with vampiric bite (that wasn't doing anything anyways) Several objects z ordering changed. Sleeves don't show extra holes when tied anymore. Alpha 1.3.0 NEW Guardian Boss! Our biggest yet! Was quite a doozy to code with the new mechanics so unfortunately it is still missing a good intro, sound, and other features. At least it works for the most part! See if you can find it's weakness. Male tied up sleeves shouldn't float nearly as often now. Fertility and contraceptive drugs at apothecary are now able to be clicked on. Getting captured in adult animation or knocked down will no longer cause enemy behavior to break. Enemies that jump onto your face should not be as buggy. Corruption now increases at the rate that it used too and tattoos should follow. Visual fix to play selection. Tutorial descriptions have key visuals now. Skeleton "boning" now lined up far better. X-rays should not repeat over and over and should no longer overlap with each other. Status effects should save when going from place to place. Significant weapon nerf: It now takes 3 gems of a element type to start using an elemental weapon. (To not frontload player decisions nearly as much) Cross section slime penetration should no longer stick around when slime is removed. WASD movement should no longer enable mouse when moving from place to place. (was causing player to ping pong around village areas) LOTS of previously unheard player thoughts now actually work that were previously disabled thanks to a syntax error. Town portal disabled while in adult animation. Alpha 1.2.9 NEW controls remapping! Found in the options, complete with an entire UI system made by the coder! Option to disable mouse movement entirely. Docks have footprints again! (To the cries of my wrist at drawing yet another tilemap) Church roof is back. Transition points for village adjusted to make navigation easier. Worked to make font much more uniform. X-Ray of attempted feralization doesn't appear when pregnant now. NEW Anal X-ray animation! NEW Vaginal X-ray animation! New Apothecary functions! She now gives treatments to increase or decrease fertility. Includes more dialog as well! New exit options in the menus. Pregnancy chance/fertility cycle overhaul. Pregnancy chance changed across the board to follow the fertility cycle far more logically instead of just increasing over time. Clicking on objects in village now brings you to them and automatically activates them. Right female sleeve bug fixed. Top of UI should no longer stop movement if there are no buttons there. Binding removal is no longer instant due to a bug. Virginity losses are much more logical now. Also includes the dialog that should have been playing before. Fixed a freeze on being knocked down. Fixed mouse sprite invisible when not used. Added Mayor in North Village but no coding yet. Added dialog for needing apothecary. Docks now make footprints again. Church roof is back (the tithing paid off) New Art for start menu sound options! Standardized more fonts with just a few more to go. Alpha 1.2.8 NEW Apothecary! What ails you? The new Apothecary in Village north might able to brew you up a remedy! She has acquired much of the church's old functionality along with a few new features like pregnancy or parasite removal. NEW Tailor! The new home of clothing repair also might have some other garbs up for sale. (eventually) Zoom feature on golem boss to show significance for how to proceed. Upscaled art for the crusher large area of affect animation. A bug was fixed to view the enemy cross section members. New Mechanic: When you are knocked down and the enemy hits you, there is now a chance you can enter position for an adult situation. NEW Knockdown animations to go along with the new mechanic. Music toggle fix. Entire new system of code implemented to continue movement when mouse goes off the window. This is the one that caused me all the stress on release. Skeleton revivals should be less buggy. Dash works better with WASD now. New silhouette work is now complete thanks to my returned carpel tunnel. Fixed a bug where spires and some barriers were causing lag spikes every 2 seconds. Removed a piece of cloth from the naked throw off animation. You can pause while knocked down now. Skeleton boss is now more mobile and should get stuck less often. Alpha 1.2.7 ☁ NEW Aphrodisiac cloud art! It's been a desire of mine for a while to have a visual for those lustful clouds in the game to reflect on the player art. The new artist came through well to get them delivered! NEW Skeleton NSFW Animation! Gives boning a whole new meaning doesn't it? Based off of a request in our discord and I'm glad the pixel artist was able to fit it in this week. ️ NEW North Village! There isn't anything to do there yet but I'm really excited to finally bring in this new location for future mechanics and story beats. ☁ New Cloud art! I'm happy to not only bring new art in, but my upscaling efforts by hand hopefully paid off! (Keeping the same resolution at twice the size pixel by pixel over 5 variations) New Silhouette system! The old system was fancy and took us weeks to make but sadly it had too many graphical issues. I've replaced it with my own "invention" that tracks both the player and enemies when they go behind the largest objects with my own pixel art. Town forest and beyond do not have updated tilemaps to support this system. My carpal tunneled wrist will finish it next week. Capture screen updated including new restart level art. The halo no longer prevents corruption. Now having it equipped assists you in the struggle system to automatically remove restraints, get up, and other issues slowly over time. When player receives doggy style from enemies, there are now a wide variety of enemy members that will show up in the Xray! Slime pregnancy art fixed to line up correctly, be the correct size, and to not display a double uterus. Clothing rip fragment variety increased. New Tied sleeve art with all ripped variations! Depths 4 and Haven 4 minor improvements with things disappearing. Vampire status effect should now update when vampirism progresses enough. More village objects added like clotheslines, wash bins, and mailboxes. Player sword swinging when getting knocked down fixed. Fixed a WASD bug while idle. Holy bracelet added to gem rotation when not equipped. (Will try this out for a bit) Venom weapon won't attack invisible enemies anymore. Fixed a rare bug that would move the player to the top corner of the map upon going to village. Hopefully no more empty texts in player thoughts que. Fireflies and clouds should now wrap around better. Pointer arrow added for when player poisoned to tell them to click on it. Poison damage no longer tears clothing. Lustbar fixes during some animations. Fixed a tutorial pause bug. Alpha 1.2.6 ⛓ NEW Captured mechanic! I've long said gameovers were a placeholder and now they've bene replaced! (Still WIP) Now when you lose all hearts you have the choice to start the level over or start where you fell with one less heart (if you had more than 3) and bindings. NEW Womb art! Now displays received creampies. Can stack 3 times. ❗Because of the screen aspect ratio, you had less time to dodge enemies that were vertical to you compared to horizontal. The math has been changed on this to make both equal and enemies now have a ❗ mark to show when they have noticed you. Holy censorship now has a slight movement effect to it. ✂ NEW Ripped clothing shards! Now there are 8 piece variations that show clothing being ripped away from the player from combat. 6 New Status effects and descriptions for possession, werewolf, and vampire transformations. Centaur sexy animations now have eye contact variations! Fairies can now fly over obstacles but prevented by tall walls. Several enemies have their attack animations sped up for a smoother experience. Fixed a bug that causes clouds to disappear after a while. Cyclops eye laser fix. Church buttons don't remain after being clicked anymore. Poison no longer rips clothes and can be removed by being clicked. (if I keep this mechanic I need to tutorialize it) Gauntlet reloads on correct layer. Loot drop colors improved for item time groups. (Corrupted equipment with purple, equipment gold and so on) Censorship status affect now working more closely to intended. Willpower subtracts more accurately and displays correctly in pause menu now. Pause menu armor damage reduction value displays far more correctly now. Stopping wolf now keeps wolf stopped even when returning from save or moving from levels. Dungeon act 1 song updated again to vary even further. Alpha 1.2.5 ️ NEW Peace option for weapons! Will disable all weapons sword when used to those who want a more passive approach. Ghost phasing out to avoid damage bug fixed. Now actually avoids damage when used! Holy censorship rework! It's now an option that spends willpower instead of holy shards. You can choose to activate it or not. Holy censorship now follows the player on pause menu. Saving code re-hauled in order to allow for returning to previously visited levels. You cannot yet revisit them but I'm glad to finally have the system available for when I get that far. The age of occasional immortal slimelings has hopefully ended. Enemies can no longer cross deep ocean water. I may re-enable it for crabs after drawing a swim animation. Dropped loot now has shining indicators to make it more obvious where to pick up the valuables. You can now use A and D on keyboard to struggle out of holds instead of just clicking or waving mouse. Click on player no longer halts movement in order to prevent missclicks. Now you must either press spacebar, or middle mouse button. Slime penetration art added to cross section. New Centaur intercourse animation! Not being as much of a humanoid made this animation a bit tougher to draw. An additional one is WIP where she faces the player. New Centaur ball stomping attack that causes player pain! Bee parasite now spawns correctly and should display correctly. New option in the menu for WASD movement to disable the mouse movement entirely until next click. Item drop adjustments. Corruption top can now be removed again. Creampies now have an Xray pixel animation showing the potential impending feralization. Clothing rip rate increased by roughly 25%. Running into enemies now also rips clothing.
