UnRen is a powerful all-in-one utility for Ren’Py games that allows players and modders to unpack .rpa archive packages, decompile compiled .rpyc scripts back into human-readable Python .rpy code, and enable developer features without manual edits.

Place UnRen into the Game Directory
Download the UnRen script package and copy the appropriate file directly into the game’s root folder (where the main .exe is located) or inside the /game/ directory:
- Windows:

Run UnRen
Double-click UnRen.bat. A command terminal menu will display several numbered options:
- Option 1 — Extract RPA Archives: Unpacks all images, CGs, sound effects, and backgrounds.
- Option 2 — Decompile RPYC Files: Converts compiled scripts into readable
.rpyfiles. - Option 3 — Enable Developer Menu & Console: Automatically unlocks cheats and the in-game console.
- Option 4 — All-in-One Operation: Performs all extraction and modding tasks in one click.

Access Extracted CGs & Scripts
Once UnRen finishes, all images, animations, audio tracks, and dialogue scripts will be extracted in the /game/ folder. You can now browse raw high-resolution CGs or edit game values freely.
Path Notice Ensure your game directory path contains only standard English ASCII characters. Special characters in folder names can cause batch scripts to exit unexpectedly.
